Every woman should be supported throughout life; especially through pregnancy and labor. It’s one of the most important times of our lives and you can never have too much support. If you struggle with anxiety, fears, or feel unprepared, I am your match. With massage, energy work, and doula support, give yourself the relief of stress and feel cared for and pampered.
I am the mama of our son Charlie and our angel, Lylah, who we lost at 32 weeks. Both were fought for with 9 medicated IUIs and IVF cycles. I was blessed with doulas at both of my births. I understand infertility (IUI /IVF), high-risk pregnancies, NICU stay and loss. I am highly educated about anatomy and can provide you with the information to make the right decisions that work for you best. It’s important to feel empowered and strong during what can be an overwhelming time. I teach self-care tools to help your journey find balance and centering with every session. Every birth and every mother is different. Your birth is about your needs and your choices. I want you to feel supported so that this time can be a positive experience. Whatever your choices are, my job is to provide you comfort, support, information to help empower you. When we take care of our own needs first, then WE become stronger. It enables us to lead a more centered and fuller life. ~Ariel~
